the results of the southern region round of the 49th national skill contest were announced and the national hsinhua industrial vocational high school (hhvs) won two gold medals, four silver medals, and five honorable mentions. the department of electrical engineering sent 10 students to the contest and eight won prizes. winners of the top five prizes are also qualified for the national finals held on september 16 in taichung.
during the training process, ta ya electric wire and cable has sponsored the school with related wires and cables for contestants to get enough opportunities to practice, which has enabled them to make the best ever success over the years.
ta ya electric wire and cable values its corporate social responsibilities and has been actively engaged in philanthropy and education. by sponsoring young students, it hopes to support and encourage potential electrical engineering talents.
